Welcome to Blanc de Blancs, the new Ottella classic method. Chardonnay in purity, expression of rare finesse. A new label that comes from a minimal sign that preserves a thought, a style.

Our sparkling wine is available also in rosé version: Roses Roses Brut, an elegant and lively Metodo Classico, obtained from Pinot Noir grapes.

Blanc de Blancs and Roses Roses Brut are produced with SoloUva method: in all phases of vinification (for the second fermentation in the bottle and for the eventual one dosing syrup) we only use self-produced sugar without having to use exogenous sugars (sucrose or mcr)
