Turbiana (Trebbiano di Lugana)

Production area

The grapes come from small lots of our own vineyards, located in the most productive areas of the designation, in the municipalities of San Benedetto di Lugana, Sirmione, Pozzolengo, Desenzano del Garda.

Planting layout and yield

Double arch Guyot, yield of around 8,000 kg. of grapes per hectare, equivalent to around 5,040 litres of wine, equal to 63%

Fining and fermentation

A wine of great richness and complexity without compromise, vinified as if it were a red wine, with a long maceration on the skins of at least 20/30 days


Golden, intense with shades of orange


Rich and complex on the nose, clear and delicate hints of citrus and yellow fruit, with very elegant smoky and sulphurous notes


Great nose-palate correspondence, the return of citrus hints of orange, grapefruit and shades of lime, fine and elegant


It goes well with a vast assortment of dishes, especially fish served raw and slightly fattier fish, perfect for Asian cuisine, great accompaniment with sushi and sashimi. In the Mediterranean tradition, as well as meat and game dishes, it goes very well with kid and lamb.
